I think it's important that leaders be do-ers rather than talkers. Anyone can show up, leaders should motivate others with their example. Leaders should be measured in thought and able to make effective decisions.

I don't have an agenda for accomplishing anything other than working together with leaders at the association to do what's best for our Realtor® members, especially during this interesting time in real estate.
