Lee’s definition of leadership

Caring (leading and inspiring- showing them the way) for people to help them reach their own SELECTED (it’s their choice) potential.

Lee’s vision

Association: To constantly enhance our value proposition, to remain relevant and responsive to our members through education, advocation and communication regarding the legal, ethical and legislative issues that impact our profession. To push the standard of what it means to be a Realtor® - to hold ourselves and each other accountable for serving our communities. To remain open and seek out new opportunities for partnerships/alliances and collaboration.

Foundation: To educate, advocate and promote a spirit of giving back.

Canopy MLS: To seek opportunities to enhance our value proposition, to continue to expand our service areas, to remain educated toward the changes affecting our industry and adapt proactively rather than reactively.

A few words from Lee...

You know, serving the MLS and Association is a passion, it’s also a marathon. I get the marathon analogy, since I’ve run like 50 of them, I’ve also done 13 Ironman’s - yeah, it’s a long day… I get what it’s like to have to put your head down and grind it out.

I currently serve on the MLS Board and REBIC and I have served in numerous roles in our Association and MLS over the years.

Real estate is a full time job. In fact it’s more than a full time job - it’s an ‘all-time’ job. I want to ensure our industry remains positioned to serve each of you as you lead in your communities and provide value to your clients.

Our industry is facing challenges from multiple sides. It seems that everyone wants to ‘do’ real estate, that is until it goes sideways and you have to help hold the clients hands through the difficult transaction. You guys do it EVERY DAY. Every day you get out there and serve your communities by helping folks find ‘home’. You are what makes real estate so special.

A vote for Lee is a vote for a guy who will persevere and see it through.

Thank you for your consideration and for the opportunity to serve you now and in the future.
