“Realtors® Add Real Value” consumer education campaign launches today!

Canopy’s “Realtors® Add Real Value” campaign features “247 Reasons why it’s worth working with a Realtor®” – a valuable document to educate consumers on the roles and responsibilities of listing and buyer's agents for both existing home sales as well as new construction.

This document outlines the services and expertise that a Realtor® provides to consumers who are selling or in search of a new of existing home. Information is organized into three categories:

  1. Activities both listing and buyer’s agents do;
  2. Activities performed by the buyer’s agent; and
  3. Activities performed by the listing agent
Canopy is confident this resource will assist Realtors® in articulating the value they bring to the real estate transaction and how they are compensated for the services they provide.
