Ally Certification Course at Canopy Real Estate Institute 
Wed., June 11, 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
This thought-provoking and interactive session will help you develop a better understanding of the LGBTQ+ community and provide you with knowledge on how to work with potential homebuyers and sellers who identify as part of the community. This course does NOT offer CE credit. Juneteenth Events

Queen City Juneteenth Cultural Celebration at the Charlotte Museum of History, Sat., June 14
This event will celebrate the reopening of Siloam School and include live performances, speakers, tours, local food trucks, vendors and more. Canopy Realtor® Association will have a table with information for festival goers about Fair Housing, the importance of using a Realtor® in every transaction as well as goodies to hand out.  Volunteer for the Queen City Juneteenth Cultural Celebration.

• Juneteenth Festival of the Carolinas, June 12-15, Plaza Midwood
  The popular four-day event is free and takes place in the heart of Plaza Midwood with a variety of activities including a drum circle, entertainment, youth culture camp and much more. 
• Juneteenth Celebration Block Party, Huntersville, June 19, Veterans Park, 6-9 p.m.
  Enjoy live entertainment by the acclaimed band Envision, along with guest speakers, local food trucks, and family-friendly activities for children. This is event is FREE and open to the public.
