Candidate’s definition of leadership
To me, leadership is rooted in integrity, service, and a commitment to a shared vision. A true leader listens first, acts with transparency, and empowers others by putting the needs of the organization and its members above personal interests.
Candidate’s vision
I envision an association that is innovative, influential, and unwavering in its commitment to its members and our community. We should continue advancing the Realtor® brand by advocating for our profession, embracing technology that helps our members succeed, and providing the education, guidance, and resources needed to navigate an increasingly complex real estate landscape. I also believe we have a meaningful opportunity to strengthen our communities by supporting the important work of the Canopy Housing Foundation, helping expand access to housing and addressing unmet housing needs throughout our region.
A few words from Jonathan ...
It would be an honor to serve on the Board of Directors and represent our membership. I care deeply about our profession, and I am passionate about giving back to the industry and professional community that I love. If elected, I will lead with integrity, listen thoughtfully, and work collaboratively to advance our profession, support our members, and strengthen the communities we serve. I would be grateful for your vote and the opportunity to serve our association.
