I’m a Realtor® member of Canopy Realtor Association, as well as the National Association of Home Builders. I started my career in general brokerage and for the past 17 years I have worked in new homes sales with 4 different national builders. I use my experience not only to help customers but also to help the new agents on the market. I have been recognized by the NC Homebuilder Association for the past two years with the "Super Nova" award which is given to the number one on site agent in the state. I was also awarded the M.A.M.E. Sales person of the year 2019 by the Charlotte Homebuilder association award given to #1 sales person in units and volume. I was recently recognized as a NAHREP Top 250 agent #19 in volume and #70 in Units in the nation. I have also been recognized as a top performer in the Realty Trend List for NC and the USA as top 1.5% Realtor in the nation. I host a program called Tuesdays with Magda, where I mentor newer agents, I do this pro-bono to give back to the industry.

Candidate’s vision
I would like to continue the work of my predecessor. My vision for the Canopy Realtor® Association is one of growth, education, professionalism, and community engagement. I would also love to inspire onsite agents to engage with the Association. By working together and embracing positive change, we can elevate our industry and solidify our position as a driving force in all real estate markets we serve.
